Two solutions:
A corrupted .htaccess file is often an internal server error.

1. First, you need to use an FTP client to connect to your website. The .htaccess file is located in the root directory of the website.

2. Since it is a hidden file, it may be necessary to force the FTP client to display the hidden file. You need to download the .htaccess file to your computer as a backup, and then delete it from the web server.

3. After that, you can try to log in to your WordPress website and go to Settings ---> Fixed URL page. Click Save Changes to refresh your permalink and regenerate a new .htaccess file for your website.
